By the same test method, higher instantaneous temperature rise illustrates stronger water adsorption performance of molecular sieve, or low molecular sieve moisture content or great adsorption capacity.
Factors affecting the temperature rise
A. Related to the measurement method
a) The temperature rise is influenced by the amount of sampling. Greater amount of molecular sieve means more absorbent, more heat release and higher temperature rise.
b) It is relevant to whether the shape and material of measuring container is good to heat output.
c) Besides, there is an influence in the sensitivity of the thermometer. More sensitive thermometer can result in more accurate result used for measured temperature rise.
B. In thinking of water content of molecular sieve, lower water content means higher content of more sieve adsoption and higher temperature rise.
C. Concerned with water content of molecular sieve, lower water content shows more severe adsorption and higher temperature rise.
D. Also, the temperature rise is in connection with effective adsorption capacity of molecular sieve. Higher content of the original powder of molecular sieve may bring about higher efficient adsorption capacity and high temperature rise.
E. What is more, our product is relevant to whether the molecular sieve is true. Thus, high temperature rise does not necessarily be applied to molecular sieve.
